Key Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Oversee the smooth operation of multiple student care centres within the designated area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school management, parents, and internal/external partners.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Supervisors and Programme Staff.
- Provide regular training and motivation to enhance staff performance and engagement.
- Monitor and improve classroom management practices across centres.
- Provide guidance and counselling to students and staff facing behavioural or disciplinary challenges.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports to management.
- Plan, organise, and oversee the execution of annual events and centre activities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Completion of relevant Student Care-related certifications.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in leadership and team management.
- Skills and traits required: Leadership, Management, Teamwork, Classroom Management, Counselling, Dedication, Detail-Oriented, Passionate, and Committed.
