Sales Associate

Location : Jurong Point

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team at a leading Retail Apparel Chain. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable products.
• Provide accurate information about promotions, payment options, and company policies.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to sales.
