Location: Choa Chu Kang, Singapore
Work Days: Monday to Friday (No weekends)
Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $2,000 - $2,500/month (based on experience)

TutorJohn Learning Centre is a fast-growing education provider in Singapore. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and child-friendly individual to join our team as a Student Care Admin / Manager at our Choa Chu Kang outlet!

If you enjoy working with children, are organised, and have experience managing daily operations - we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the centre to ensure smooth running
• Maintain and update student records, attendance, and schedules
• Liaise with parents and handle enquiries professionally
• Support tutors and assist in centre activities and class coordination
• Perform general administrative duties and event support

Requirements

• Prior experience in student care, admin, or education-related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, organised, and independent with multitasking ability
• Comfortable managing children and interacting with parents
• Singaporeans/PRs preferred
