Position: Admin Executive (Japanese speaking) - CK
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Administration Tasks
-Preparation of estimates and invoices, handling inquiries, and follow-up.
-Data entry into the ERP system.
-Responding to inquiries via phone and email, and coordinating and adjusting with other departments.
-Collaborate with the internal IT infrastructure engineering team and the accounting department to support smooth sales activities.
2. Product Procurement
-Contacting suppliers and vendors to procure and manage necessary equipment, software, and services.
Requirements:
-At least 2 years of experience in the IT field, or in general administrative or sales-related work.
-Business level in Japanese as this role needs to communicate with Japanese speaking clients and internal HQ
