Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage interior fitting-out projects from start to finish. This role requires a professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of projects across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage all phases of interior fit-out projects, including scheduling, execution, and handover
• Liaise with clients, consultants, designers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Manage procurement of materials and subcontracted services, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Resolve technical and on-site issues proactively, and ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place
• Conduct regular site meetings and reporting to stakeholders on project status, costs, and variations
• Ensure all works comply with Singapore's building codes, regulations, and company standards

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Building, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in managing interior fitting-out, construction or A&A (Addition & Alteration) works
• Proven track record in handling commercial, retail, hospitality or residential interior projects in Singapore
• Sound knowledge of local regulations, materials, construction techniques, and safety practices
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other project management tools (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Class 3 driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
