We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee and manage daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on site
• Ensure work progress is in accordance with the approved schedule and specifications
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor and enforce safety procedures and compliance with local regulations (e.g., WSH Act)
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control
• Manage and resolve site issues, delays, and discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain site reports, documentation, and progress updates
• Lead and supervise site personnel and subcontractors

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in site management or construction supervision
• Familiar with Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and safety requirements
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and technical specifications
• Must hold valid WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH certification (or willing to obtain)
• Familiarity with software like MS Project, AutoCAD, or BIM is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
