JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reach out to warm leads and existing customers via phone or email
• Understand client needs and present suitable solutions
• Follow up on enquiries and nurture leads to conversion
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
• Work with marketing to align messaging and promotions
• Learn to manage a sales pipeline and close deals
• Hit performance goals with support and training
• Attend sales meetings, product briefings, and coaching sessions
• Develop strong communication and persuasion techniques
• Be part of a high-energy, collaborative sales team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Willing to learn and flexibility to adapt to working environment
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
