JOB QUALIFICATIONS
You are :
JOB SCOPE / DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the CEO of the Company, your duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Manage day to day operation - Ensure company guidelines are being followed, plan roster and ensure sufficient manpower for every operating day, and to ensure that cashier POS and credit card terminal is tally at end of the day. Handle customer complaints and enquiry both on the ground and through digital platforms. Maintain store cleanliness and meet monthly sales targets set by the Company.
Manage sales promotions - Ensuring promotions are made aware to the customer and staff including proper signage for all promotions. Ensure sufficient staff training and stock supply to support the period of the promotion. Run promotion tracking to measure effectiveness and ROI of the promotions.
Reporting - create store sales reports, initiative and feedback and propose it in monthly meetings to management. This will include daily foot traffic count, sales conversions and membership signups.
Set sales target - Ensuring the sales targets set by the Company are on track by assigning and monitoring staff sales quotas needed to achieve the monthly targets; and taking in consideration of the right product category mix sales for achieving the highest profit and to meet the Singpet Club Membership count to 10,000 active members.
Grow and develop Sales Team - identify individual weakness and strength then guide them. Plan for their promotion and set individual targets for them to achieve. Replace non performing staff and hire new ones to meet the Company's sales objectives
Run and Analysis report - Thru report identifies outlet areas of strength and weakness, space that is abundant and not put into good use, performance or category sales as compared to a whole company level and possible reason of under performance and good performance category.
Manage inventory - Manage aging products and ensure healthy stock level for good movement SKU.
Manage Cost - plan roster and insert part time slot for every operation day, ensuring that the cost will not exceed the budget while having the enough manpower to run operation smoothly
You are :
- An experienced and results-oriented Store Sales Manager with five years of managerial experience in retail environments and two years of experience in retail sales.
- A motivated professional with strengths in coaching, motivating employees, implementing and managing sales performance programs, setting and tracking sales targets and creating sales promotions.
- Adept in employee relations, inventory organization, and visual merchandising.
- Prepared, organized, and trained in product knowledge and store regulations.
- Committed to creating an environment that is conducive to achieving increased sales and customer satisfaction.
- Experienced in guiding and coaching staff on product knowledge, operation requirement, sales tactics and ensuring company guidelines and SOP are being followed at all times.
- Good in managing the store performance using statistics and data, using analytical tools such as Excel
