Olympiad International School is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to oversee the student enrolment process. The Admissions Officer will play a vital role in ensuring that our admissions practices align with the school's policies, mission, and capacity while delivering a seamless and positive experience for prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convey the School's Vision, Mission, and Values: Serve as an ambassador of Olympiad International School, accurately communicating our school's core values, educational philosophy, and commitment to excellence.
  • Provide Information and Guidance: Share comprehensive details about the school's programs, curriculum, extracurricular activities, and admission requirements to prospective students and their families.
  • Manage the Admissions Process: Guide applicants through each stage of the admissions process, ensuring clarity and a smooth, positive experience.
  • Develop Enrolment Strategies: Implement targeted enrolment campaigns, utilizing market research, analysis, and strategic planning to achieve the school's enrolment targets.
  • Coordinate Admissions Events: Organize and execute events such as open houses, information sessions, and school tours to engage prospective families and promote the school.
  • Maintain Records and Database: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students, following up on inquiries and maintaining a robust database of leads.
  • Create Admissions Collateral: Collaborate on the development of promotional materials, including brochures, website content, and social media campaigns, to highlight the school's offerings and attract new students.
  • Engage with Prospects: Proactively communicate with prospective students and parents, addressing their questions and providing detailed information about our curriculum and extracurricular programs.

Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in admissions or a similar role within the international education sector.
  • Education: Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
