Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our college's diploma and short courses to prospective students
- Handle student inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins
- Provide course consultations, explain program features, fees, and entry requirements
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful enrollments
- Work with marketing and admin teams to support events, campaigns, and roadshows
- Maintain student records and provide excellent after-sales service
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or related industries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to speak and write English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Results-driven, customer-focused, and highly motivated
- Able to work on weekends (with weekday off)
- Familiar with CRM tools and social media platforms is a plus
