Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Retention
• Own monthly sales targets & revenue growth (conversion, upsells, retention).
• Train & coach beauty advisors and therapists on consultative selling & upselling.
• Proactively identify sales gaps & execute promotions in coordination with marketing.
• Conduct daily huddles with the team to align on goals & motivate performance.
• Monitor & drive customer follow-ups
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Oversee staff scheduling
• Coach therapists & advisors on customer service, soft skills, & sales confidence.
• Work with trainers to ensure consistent staff development.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching session with direct reports.
3. Operational Oversight
• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations & service quality.
• Oversee store presentation, cleanliness, & equipment maintenance
• Work with the Retail Operations Support role to offload admin tasks.
• Vet promotions & ensure alignment with in-store execution.
• Conduct weekly store performance reviews.
Requirement:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail or beauty/wellness industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays, as required by retail operations.
