About Us
Tucsen is a Global Company designs and manufactures camera technology focused on Scientific Research and Challenging Inspection. With operations in Europe, North America and now a new setup in Singapore, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as Facility Administrator. You will be responsible for office operations, handling import/export of parts and products, and providing supports to internal and external parties.
TIP: the position requires daily communication with colleagues in headquarters in Chinese.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage daily facility operations and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Manage and maintain equipment and office supplies.
• HR duties: Support on-boarding and off-boarding of employees/contractors.
• Dealing with Government agencies for international trading, Certificate of Origion applicaiton.
• Dealing with Customs for importing and exporting parts and goods.
• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments. Preparing documentation for customs clearance. Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Managing manufactory equipment, tools and inventories.
• Other duties or projects may be assigned from time to time
Job requirements
• Polytechnic Diploma or above.
• Working experiences as office administrator is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
