Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Interaction

Promote repair services, accessories, and extended warranties to customers.

Provide expert advice on phone repairs, pricing, and turnaround time.

Achieve monthly sales targets with performancebased incentives.

2. Order Processing & Coordination

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or inperson.

Schedule repair appointments and coordinate logistics (e.g., doortodoor pickup/delivery services).

Update order statuses and ensure seamless communication between technicians and clients.

3. Customer Service Excellence

Resolve complaints and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Assist in managing loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages like Mandarin/Malay are a plus).

No prior experience required; training provided.

Techsavvy with basic knowledge of smartphones and repair terminology (preferred but not mandatory).

Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.

Friendly, proactive, and salesdriven attitude.
