Perform routine tasks under the supervision of registered nurses in a Home Care Setting .

• Care for the health, well-being and safety of elderly clients
• Deliver nursing care needs and assist in daily activities of clients
• Assist with clients with mobility
• Prepare and conduct programme activities for clients
• Update Individual Care Plans and relevant records
• Look after clients' personal hygiene
• Support caregivers and volunteers in caring for clients

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years Singapore working experience in Nursing Home / Day Care Centre
• PRC License
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a passionate disposition to care for elderly
• Willing to travel around Singapore
