Role summary
This is a sales role reporting to the Co-Heads of Sales. The individual will be part of the sales team focusing on the Intermediaries segment within the region, under the Business Development (BD) Group.
Key duties and responsibilities
• Achieve sales targets through proactive client engagement and servicing.
• Work closely with the BD team and Investment Specialists to drive sales, deliver investment products and communicate Fullerton's views on markets, portfolios and funds.
• Take ownership of the assigned client segment and collaborate with the Co-Heads of Sales to develop and execute the business plan and sales strategy.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders on assigned projects.
• Support the continued expansion of Intermediaries business with a focus on the Singapore Insurance and FA segments.
Education qualification
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a relevant discipline
Experience and skills
• 7 to12 years of relevant experience in the financial industry
• Possess an established network of relationships within Singapore Insurance, FA segments and Banks
• Good understanding of investment knowledge
• Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Business-level proficiency in a second language would be an advantage, given the regional sales focus and client interactions
• Entrepreneurial mindset and with a can-do spirit
