Job Responsibility:
  • Assist sales team with quotations, proposals, and tenders accurately and timely
  • Good product knowledge and understanding of their benefits/ applications
  • Manage each project effectively by communicating with logistics,manufacturer, internal designer and sales.
  • Process sales order, sample, and service orders accurately and efficiently from initiation to fulfilment.
  • Prepare and issue quotations promptly, following up with customers to ensure approvals and payments are received on time.
  • Follow-Up & Coordination: Proactively coordinate with internal departments to prioritise and fulfil orders, anticipating and resolving potential issues.
  • Logistics & Delivery: Plan and manage daily delivery schedules, and prepare delivery and invoicing documents.
  • Maintain and manage the showroom according to the company standards

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Well versed with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin is an advantage
