QUALIFICATIONS
- Provides leadership and guidance to the region in the deployment and phasing of field asset management, inventory management and demand planning processes in line with global standards
- Strengthens alignment of Global, Regional and Local stakeholders with the APAC roadmap and priorities
- Ensures full visibility across functions, platforms and market/clusters and cross-functional working groups around end-to-end prioritization of projects, resources, and investments.
- Owns development of investments business cases required to support data-enabled and streamlined supply processes
- Is accountable for the improved maturity of the processes and year on year improvement of key performance indicators on Inventory, Forecast Accuracy, Cost to Serve, E&O, Return on capital invested
Insights generation and performance management
- Develop, deliver and track with platform leads and shared analytics resources necessary performance management metrics relating to forecasting accuracy, inventory management, CAPEX execution, return on cash invested and other metrics relating to cash, profitability and growth objectives of APAC Orthopaedics
- Design and shape Inventory Health Dashboards, trends, future projection to anticipate and identify redeployment opportunities across markets
- Coach and facilitate market teams to identify opportunities and risks in relation to inventory optimization programmes
- Shape relevant governance processes and forums that impact forecasting accuracy, inventory management and CAPEX execution
Commercial Collaboration
- Collaborates with Regional Commercial, Supply Chain BU Leads, and markets / clusters to understand strategic direction and ensure adequate delivery of necessary data and insights.
- Support commercial in the deployment of related capabilities and processes that impact inventory management, forecasting accuracy and CAPEX execution
- Engage with Global stakeholders (e.g. GIM) and cross-functional market squads in leveraging analytics capabilities to shape, inform and facilitate the deployment of commercial strategies in Region and countries (examples include but not limited to entitlement maturity, etc.).
- Has the ability to provide insights to various audiences through story-telling, strong communication and presentation skills and power-point presentation deck preparation

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant subject with at least 8 years working experience either in Supply Chain (i.e. Planning, Manufacturing, Deliver) or strong Data and Analytics, Commercial Excellence or Finance background.
- Demonstrate a very good understanding of the entire Value Chain, and a keen understanding of how commercial, finance and supply chain decisions impact the customer and financial performance.
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience in of data / digital analytical capabilities in the realm of data transformation (e.g. Alteryx, Power Query, etc.) and visualization (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Advanced Excel capabilities)
- Problem solving mentality and "can do" attitude. Able to analyze multiple data sources in high pressure environment to give prompt recommendations & solutions.
- Strong collaboration, partnering and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to story-tell tailored to the audience through professional presentation decks
- Leading and developing high performing cross-functional and matrix teams
- Strong communication skills, ability to articulate and simplify Supply Chain challenges to all stakeholders and have a strong ability to influence and shape discussions through communication
- Exhibited capability in change and project management to deliver projects, process improvements, data / digital analytical deliverables
