Senior Staff Nurse
THE SINGAPORE CHESHIRE HOME
You will report to Chief Nursing Officer and manage nursing care to residents of the Singapore Cheshire Home, supervise enrolled nurses and healthcare staff to optimal care delivery. You are the go to person with skills and knowledge, resourceful, and team player.
Requirement
- Residents Care: Administer personalized and quality person-centered care in residential home.
Provide professional nursing care, including basic nursing activities independently.
Evaluate nursing care by monitoring and recording observations and vital signs.
Educate residents and team.
Recognize patient symptoms and take measures within their scope of practice to administer medications and provide symptom alleviation.
Collaborate with other professionals to optimize residents comfort.
Assess residents' physical, emotional, cultural, mental, and spiritual needs. - Supervision and Guidance:Supervise and guide enrolled nurses and nursing aides.
Provide direction and ensure optimal care and rehabitation is provided. - Other Duties:Perform related duties as required.
Institute and maintain safe precautionary measures. Comply with nursing regulations, standards, and policies.
Requirement
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
- Entry level nursing candidates are welcome.
- Good team player with passion for service excellence.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
