Job Responsibilites

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and workforce needs
• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source qualified candidates
• Design and conduct effective interviews, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive employer brand image
• Liaising with third party vendors for payroll

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder and above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B industry
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
