Job Description

• Perform import and export shipping administration including transshipment

• Coordinate with insurance company on import/ export shipment's cargo surveys and claim settlements

• Perform freight forwarding duties

• Coordinate and negotiate with banks on administrative compliance

• Prepare and provide other shipping administration and coordination support to internal departments

• Coordinate with Chambers of Commerce on the application of certificate of origin and Form-D

• Certify all compliance of Singapore Customs (Crimson logic) on the deduction of taxes and forwarders' nominated declaration

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Shipping/Logistic or equivalent

• Min 1 year shipping and freight forwarding working experience

• Fresh graduate are welcome

• Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office)
