Responsibilities
-Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained in accordance with policies, standards and guidelines
-Inspect assigned areas to ensure furnishing, facilities and equipment are cleaned and maintained.
-Perform Room Attendant assignments. Allocate and prioritize rooms to be cleaned daily.
-Ensure work orders and requests are carried out promptly and efficiently
-Investigate and follow up on feedback regarding housekeeping services
-Respond to guest requests in a prompt and professional manner.
-Assist the Executive Housekeeper/ Operation Manager in manpower deployment, staff grievances and disciplinary issues.

Requirements
-O-Level or equivalent
-At least 2 years of supervisory experience in Hotel Housekeeping
-Proactive, meticulous and able to perform strenuous activities and handle heavy load
