Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Preschool Chinese Teacher to plan and implement engaging Chinese language curriculum for children aged 3-6 years. The ideal candidate will create a positive and stimulating learning environment that promotes language acquisition, cultural awareness, and overall child development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate Chinese language curriculum and activities
• Create a nurturing and safe classroom environment conducive to learning
• Assess and monitor children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a holistic approach to education
• Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences
• Adhere to all preschool policies, safety regulations, and licensing requirements

Qualifications:

• Professional Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching (PDECCE-C) or equivalent, or Certificate in Preschool Teaching (Chinese)
• High proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) to deliver language instruction effectively
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Previous experience teaching Chinese in a preschool setting (preferred)
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children
• Good organizational and time management skills
