Job Description

The successful candidate will work with Dr Liu Boxiang on single-cell multi-omic analysis under a project on developmental trajectory of pancreatic islets.

The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Generating single-cell multi-omic data
- Single-cell multi-omic data analysis
- Manuscript writing

Qualifications

• Qualifications / Discipline: PhD in Bioinformatics

• Skills: RNA-seq and single-cell multi-omic analysis, sequencing data generation

• Experience: PhD in bioinformatics; industry research experience preferred.
