The in-house customer communications Copywriter will be a member of the customer experience team, focusing on crafting engaging copy across customer engagement touchpoints (offline and digital) to enhance customer journeys, build brand trust, drive engagement to achieve a delightful customer experience for the Singapore market.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the customer experience and operations team to develop a customer-focused framework of communications templates across all customer communications touchpoint.
• Responsible for clear, error-free and simple messaging that amplifies AIA's brand tone of voice, through close collaboration with the brand team.
• Interpret operational, technical and legal information and turning them into persuasive copy to ensure effective and delightful customer experience.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience writing marketing copy either in an agency or in-house capacity
• Excellent oral, presentation and written communications skills
• Creative mindset with a passion for enhancing customer experience
• Ability to adapt and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated, passionate, strong team player with collaborative attitude
• Highly independent with strong timeline management skills
