Responsibilities

• Supporting frontline counter duties.
• Assisting with billing and claim submissions.
• Assisting in the dispensing of medicine.
• Answering general phone enquiries.
• Scheduling of appointments.
• Support doctor for clinic procedures and chaperone..
• Perform clinic procedures such as ECG and nebuliser.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level and above.
• Comfortable and enjoys dealing with children and families.
• Conversant in Mandarin and English
• Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
• Phlebotomy or other relevant clinical skills would be an advantage.
