Job Responsibilities:

• Able to understand the product, pricing, creative and be confident with necessary professional jewellery knowledge.

• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction

• Promote brand awareness through company's brand policies and sale procedures.

• Recommend jewellery that matches customer's needs by accurately describing product features and benefits.

• Provide satisfactory after-sales services to customers

• Keep up to date with product information and upcoming promotions.

• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness with the store and jewellery displays.

• Price tagging as required and Manage stock inventory.

• Participate in jewellery exhibitions / Popup or events.

• Responsible for handling Jewellery and Gemstones with care.

• Handle sales enquiries and process sales orders for all platforms.

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure high level of customers' satisfaction through excellent service.

• Maximitze sales by achieving sales targets/goals.

• Scheduling of employees' time sheet.

• Provide training to part time employees.

• Interested in expanding to managerial role.

• Able to work 4 days per week (Including Public Holidays/Weekends)

• Working hours follow shoping mall business (11am-930pm)
