• Ensure compliance with SNB standards, licensing terms, and Enhanced Nursing Home Standards.
• Oversee the implementation of nursing policies, procedures, care pathways, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans and address clinical issues.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and timely incident reporting
• Lead and supervise a team of RNs, ENs, NAs, CCAs, and HAs, ensuring adequate staffing and appropriate skill mix.
• Foster a high-performance work environment with strong staff morale and cultural inclusivity
• Plan and coordinate staff training programs and competency assessments.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with required certifications (e.g., BCLS/AED).
• Promote evidence-based nursing practices and support professional development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Advanced Diploma in Nursing is an advantage
• Preferably with two-three years experience in a similar position within a nursing home / geriatric ward/palliative
