~respond to daily outlook email correspondence

~respond to client email/ enquires

~respond to engineering email / doubts

~data entries

~create quotation

~issue invocing / Delivery Order

~issue job order/ sales order

~handing creditor bills

~ ad-hoc adminstration duties
