Location: Jurong

Working Hours: 7am - 4pm

(Shift might start as early as 1am [Transport fare claimable])

Work Days: Every 4 days, 1 day off

Salary: Up to $4.8k (Subject to experience)

Key Duties:
  • Monitor and uphold product quality standards across all bakery items and outlets, ensuring consistency and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Lead quality control procedures, conduct staff training, and mentor bakery teams to maintain high standards in product quality and presentation.
  • Develop and refine recipes based on market trends and customer preferences, contributing to product innovation and brand competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with management on process improvements and provide hands-on support during emergencies or staff shortages to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:
  • Strong Hands-on experience in bread/pastry production, including recipe development, in a Manufacturing / Central Kitchen is highly desirable.
  • Well-versed in food safety, quality control & production efficiency is preferred.
