Location: Jurong

Working Hours: 7am - 4pm

(Shift might start as early as 1am [Transport fare claimable])

Work Days: Every 4 days, 1 day off

(E.g. Mon - Thurs work, Fri off ; Sat - Tue work, Wed off)

Salary: $3.8k - $4.8k per month

Requirements:

• Strong Hands-on experience in bread/pastry production, including recipe development, in a Manufacturing / Central Kitchen is a plus.
• Able to carry boxes of bakery products is a plus.
• Proven leadership in mentoring and training bakery staff.
• Well-versed in food safety, quality control & production efficiency.
• Creative and passionate about bakery innovation.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties:

• Monitor and maintain product quality standards across all bakery items and outlets.
• Lead quality control procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conduct training and mentor bakery staff to ensure consistent product quality and presentation.
• Develop and enhance new and existing recipes in line with market trends and customer preferences.
• Provide hands-on support during emergencies or staff shortages to maintain smooth operations.
• Collaborate with management to drive process improvements, efficiency, and product innovation.
