Clinic Assistant (CA)

• Location: Novena
• Salary: $2500 - $2800
• Working Days : 5.5days
• Mon-Fri - 8.45am - 5.15pm | Sat 8.45am - 1.15pm

Job Descriptions:

• Register incoming patients.
• Prepare the patient for examination.
• Respond to patient phone call queries
• Inform patient of financial responsibility.
• Prepare and file patient forms
• Verifying and updating patient information.
• Assisting doctors and nurses if needed
• Scheduling appointments for patients

Job Requirements:

• With relevant working experience as clinic assistant
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
