We're looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager to run our online business focused on consumables for Chinese restaurants. You'll manage everything from product listings to packaging design, order fulfillment, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage online store operations (e.g. product listings, pricing, promotions)
• Understand product features and customer needs (mainly restaurant supplies)
• Design product packaging and create artwork for finished goods
• Work with suppliers, printers, and designers to bring packaging ideas to life
• Handle logistics: inventory, shipping, and delivery for online orders
• Boost online visibility and sales
• Analyse sales performance and suggest improvements

Requirements

• Solid experience in e-commerce operations
• Familiar with logistics and order fulfillment
• Strong understanding of product and customer needs (Chinese food industry is a plus)
• Advanced design skills, knows photoshop
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
