Position: Store Assistant
Working Location: Kaki Bukit

Gross Salary Range: $2,300 - $2,500 (Basic from $1,600 + Cleanroom Allowance $150 + Attendance Incentive $60 + Shift Allowance $10/night for Night Shift Staff)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Normal Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify incoming delivery documents to ensure they match Purchase Order requirements
• Inspect incoming materials for damage or pest infestation
• Ensure proper identification and storage of raw materials, components, and products
• Maintain a secure and structurally intact store facility to prevent damage or unauthorized access
• Keep store area clean, clutter-free, and well-controlled to avoid mix-ups, contamination, and pest issues
• Maintain proper segregation of areas for Receiving, Quarantine, and Finished Goods
• Practice First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method when dispatching materials
• Accurately update incoming/outgoing materials in the ERP system
• Perform inventory cycle counts, stock replenishment, and picking based on work orders

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or store operations
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Navision) is an advantage
• Possession of a forklift license is a plus (not compulsory)
