Datagenics Technologies (Asia) is looking for a results-oriented AI Business Partner to join our team. Based in Singapore, you will play a strategic role in expanding the market presence of our AI solutions-ranging from secured local AI servers to smart agriculture systems and AI training platforms.

This is an ideal role for a motivated professional with a background in consulting, business development, or technology services who is passionate about driving digital transformation across industries. You will work closely with the technical teams abroad to bring AI innovations to life, while building long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Solutions & Digital Transformation

• Gain deep expertise in DTA's suite of offerings, including:

1. Integrated AI Machine (your own secured, on-premises local AI server)
2. Online CRM System
3. AI-enabled Agriculture and Industry Traceability & Monitoring Systems
4. Additional AI-powered solutions as introduced

• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that solve clients' challenges.
• Identify new business opportunities across sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, education, government, research and services.

2. Enterprise Development & Account Management

• Proactively identify and engage new business clients, especially those exploring digital transformation and AI adoption.
• Develop, pitch, and close business deals with enterprise clients, public sector entities, and B2B partners.
• Serve as the primary business advisor and relationship manager for key enterprise accounts.
• Ensure client satisfaction and engagement through regular communication and strategic input.
• Promote DTA's full suite of AI and digital services, helping clients stay ahead in a tech-driven world.

3. Market Engagement & Ecosystem Building

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase DTA's solutions.
• Build strong connections with government agencies, trade associations, innovation networks, and potential partners.
• Monitor emerging trends in AI and digital transformation to inform go-to-market strategies.
• Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and live demos tailored to diverse stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure solution offerings are aligned with evolving industry needs.

4. Government Tenders & Strategic Bids

• Identify and evaluate relevant government and public-sector procurement opportunities.
• Coordinate the preparation of tender documentation in alignment with compliance and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality tender submissions.
• Participate in post-tender engagements, clarifications, and follow-up communications to enhance success rates.

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of experience in consulting, business development, digital transformation, or AI-related industries.
• Diploma or degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (to work with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders).
• Demonstrated ability to open new markets, build pipelines, and independently manage projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and passion for emerging technologies.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to business stakeholders.
• Adaptable and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills across cross-cultural environments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for short-term business assignments.
