Store Management
Requirements
Product Delivery
- Safely deliver products (e.g., spa supplies, beauty products, TCM items) to clients and outlets on time.
- Verify delivery addresses, loading/unloading products with care, and ensuring delivery accuracy with supporting documentation (e.g., invoices, delivery orders).
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and fuel savings.
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning delivery vehicle, performing daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tire pressure).
- Promptly report vehicle issues or delays to management.
Store Management
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of beauty, spa, and TCM products.
- Manage store documentation, including stock records, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients and resolve any inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Conduct monthly stock-taking and report discrepancies to management.
Requirements
- Valid Singapore driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in delivery driving and/or store management, preferably in the beauty, spa, or TCM industry.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Physically fit to lift, load, and unload products.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
