We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, converting sales leads and building long-term relationships with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for negotiating freight rates and costs with carriers and agents while maintaining exemplary customer service.

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Create long-term, strong, and trusting relationships with stakeholders (customers, ocean/air carriers, business partners, and agents).
- Manage existing sales pipeline for the development of new business opportunities.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and strategic business goals set by the organization.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth.
- Work with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Generate reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry changes and advancements.
Requirements:
- At least one year of relevant business development/sales experience in freight forwarding / logistics Industry
- Possess a solid understanding of freight forwarding concepts and processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in using presentation software and tools.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service in business-to-business sales and negotiation.
- Job requires travelling within Singapore
