Team Leadership and Development
- Lead the formation, training, and daily management of the acoustic research team. Develop long-term plans for team growth, assign tasks effectively, and enhance team capabilities and collaboration efficiency.
Project Planning and Oversight
- Formulate the department's mid-to-long-term development strategy in line with company objectives and market demands.
- Oversee and plan acoustic research projects, including high-end ultrasound probe acoustic design, material research, and process development. Manage project timelines to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Technical Guidance and Decision-Making
- Provide technical leadership and support to acoustic experts, senior application engineers, and probe design and tooling specialists within the department.
- Participate in the formulation and evaluation of major technical solutions. Make informed decisions on acoustic design, materials application, and process improvements to ensure advanced and practical technical strategies.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure research outcomes are effectively translated into competitive product features that meet market needs.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to drive the application and adoption of acoustic technologies in company products, improving overall performance and market competitiveness.
Industry Awareness and Technological Innovation
- Stay abreast of trends in the acoustic field, including industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Adjust research direction and departmental strategies accordingly to maintain technological leadership.
- Encourage team participation in industry conferences and academic exchanges to broaden perspectives and strengthen the team's industry presence.

- Complete other tasks as assigned by upper management.
II. Job Requirements
Educational Background
- Master's degree or higher in Acoustics, Physics, Materials Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field. A PhD is preferred.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the acoustics field, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong background in end-to-end acoustic research processes with hands-on experience in designing high-end ultrasound probes, material development, and process optimization.
Professional Skills
- In-depth knowledge of acoustic principles and theories, with the ability to independently conduct acoustic design and simulation work.
- Strong understanding of acoustic materials, including performance characteristics, applications, and development trends. Skilled in material selection, testing, and optimization techniques.
- Familiar with probe structure design and process development. Capable of resolving complex process challenges and guiding innovation and improvement efforts within the team.
