Assistant Relationship Manager/Director

Key Responsibilities

• Client Data Management: Assist relationship managers with multidimensional client data management and provide data analysis results as required by the relationship managers.
• Support Client Account Openings: Assist client managers in handling account openingprocesses, swiftly and accurately preparing application forms. Communicate and coordinatewith various departments and teams of partner institutions to follow up on the progress of account openings, ensuring a smooth process.
• Client Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing client events, including online seminars, closed-door roundtables, and exclusive activities.
• Internal Communication and Coordination: Collaborate across departments to ensureseamless interaction between the Relationship department and other departments.
• External Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with external service providers such as private banks, lawyers,

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, International Trade, or related fields.
• Strong banking acumen and professional ethics, with prior experience in private banking
• Highly meticulous and patient, capable of carefully checking and verifying materials to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents.
• Accountability of own work, proactively solving problems, and maintaining high work efficiency.
• Experience in similar capacity or finance industry is preferred
