Your Mission:

• Lead Technical Superintendents during emergencies, ensuring swift resolution and compliance.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, dry-docking, repairs, and cost-effective procurement ($100K+ budget control).
• Drive safety excellence - Maintain zero lost-time accidents and enforce QHSE policies.
• Optimize operations - Review shipyard quotes, class certifications, and spare parts logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Fleet Technical Management: Supervise maintenance, surveys, and docking (30-day post-docking reports).
✅ Cost Control: Budget for spares, repairs, and dry-docking (negotiate competitive rates).
✅ Safety Leadership: Collaborate with HSE to implement policies and investigate incidents.
✅ Team Development: Mentor superintendents and foster accountability.

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years in marine technical management (superintendent/manager level).
• Expertise in: Dry-docking, class certifications, and maritime safety (ISM/ISPS).
• Skills: Dry-docking project management, fleet maintenance budgeting
• Location: Based in Singapore (office in Tai Seng).
