Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of bank account operations, including opening, annual reviews, maintenance, and closure, while maintaining strong relationships with bank managers.
• Oversee all payment requests, track receivables, and provide timely notifications and risk alerts.
• Process domestic and foreign currency transactions via online banking and in-person.
• Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and security.
• Disburse employee salaries.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including bank statements, expense reports, and other vouchers.
• Prepare and submit daily financial reports.
• Handle company administrative tasks, including registration updates, annual reviews, and tax filings, ensuring compliance with Singaporean regulations.
• Manage personnel files, employment contracts, and payroll reporting (including CPF).
• Manage company seals and official documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Management.
• Minimum 5 years' of finance or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in online banking systems; banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange and letter of credit transactions.
