Kitchen Assistant 厨房助手 (Full Time 全职 / Part Time 兼职 )

Responsibilities

Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work stations before and after business hours

• 帮忙准备食材,包括洗菜,切菜,醃／切鸡蛋,等等。
• 跟着SOP与主管指示,准备腌制肉类等
• 煮汤,煮饭,炸豬油等。
• 负责开档与收档工作
• 恊助收货,储备货品
• 保持工作环境卫生干净
• 遵守食物安全与卫生政策
• Food Preparation; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.
• Preparing oven, utensils, and noodle boiler
• Handling multiple food orders according to the Company's quality requirements
• Operates various kitchen appliance such as blender, oven, cooking hob, or mixers
• Cooking as Soup Preparation, Frying Pork Lard, etc
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly at appropriate temperatures
• Assisting cooks in Noodle cooking or helping other team members when needed
• Cleans food preparation areas and maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Job requirements: 工作要求

• 6 Days work week 每周工作 6 天
• With Basic Kitchen Helper experiences 要有基本的厨房帮手经验
• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware 使用切割工具,炊具和餐具的经验
• Ability to work in a team 在团队中工作的能力
• Rotating shift including Weekends, and Public Holidays 轮班,包括周末和公共假日
• With Basic food hygiene certificate. (If not, we can arrange the course for you)
