Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Discover and implement growth strategies that boost financial success
- Report to the commercial director on the current commercial strategy and how to improve them effectively
- Oversee the performance and nudge the commercial team in the right direction
- Conduct market research to understand and adapt innovative trends as a global commercial manager
- Monitor branding and marketing initiatives to improve the commercial success of the business
- Support the various department teams of the business to achieve the commercial targets, keeping in mind KPIs and ROIs
- Other task as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, finance or economics or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Regional Rail Transport industry is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin fluency in written and spoken (to coordinate with the Chinese speaking client, supplier, contractor etc.)
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Comfort in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to travel.
