Key Responsibilities and Activities:
  • Assist the Human Resources Manager in establishing a human resources management system, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and other related areas;
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, learning & development, payroll, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
  • Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and best practices for the Singapore office.
  • Coordinate with the regional HR Team HR Manager to meet recruitment and onboarding needs for both Singapore and China.
  • Collaborate with the SG HR Admin Team to implement the new HRMS.
  • Promote a strong company culture aligned with the group's values, fostering employee engagement and workplace cohesion.
  • Handle all work passes related to MOM (application, cancellation & renewal)
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by Senior Management and the Group HR Manager.

Requirements:
  • Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of prior HR experience, with strong knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations.
  • Strong experience in HR system estabishing and manpower forecasting preferred.
  • Proficiency with common structural design software e.g. Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
  • International mindset and an ability to drive collaboration , both within BUCG and externally;
