The Position: We're looking for a Sales / Business Development Executive
- Key responsibilities of a Business Development Executive include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities:
- This involves researching market trends, identifying potential clients, and developing strategies to expand the company's customer base.
- Building and nurturing relationships:
- This includes building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and investors.
- Negotiating business terms:
- This involves negotiating contracts, deals, and partnerships that are mutually beneficial.
- Developing and implementing business strategies:
- This includes creating comprehensive plans to achieve revenue targets, expand market reach, and drive overall business growth.
- Managing the sales process:
- This involves managing leads, following up on opportunities, and closing deals.
- Collaborating with other teams:
- This includes working with sales, marketing, and other internal departments to support business development efforts.
- Staying updated on industry trends:
- This involves staying informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
Requirements:
- Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin will be preferred, because we have some clients who do not speak English.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Full-Time position. Ability to start immediately preferred.
- Working Hour(s): 9am - 6.30pm, Mon - Fri.
- Salary: SGD 3,000 - SGD 3,200 + Commission
- Excellent candidates are: insurance sales agents, business development agents, any kind of claims or assistance sales agents.
- Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
