Our client, a financial services firm, is looking to hire a Finance Manager who will play a key role in managing financial reporting, controls, and strategic planning while leading a dedicated team.

What You'll Do:

• Financial Management & Reporting - Oversee month-end close processes, ensure accurate financial accounts, and maintain compliance with regional and group reporting requirements.
• Finance Controls - Review key financial control points, reconcile revenue and costs, monitor cash flows, and explain variance movements to senior stakeholders.
• Intercompany Reconciliation - Minimize mismatches, ensure timely reconciliations, and settle intercompany balances promptly.
• Regulatory & Compliance Reporting - Prepare and review MAS, HKMA, and NFA regulatory returns, track daily capital positions, and ensure full compliance.
• Strategic Planning & Forecasting - Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting while providing financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Liquidity & Risk Management - Monitor daily cash balances, sign off on liquidity reports, and escalate concerns to the CFO when needed.
• Process Improvement & Projects - Drive system enhancements, oversee finance-related projects, and recommend workflow improvements.
• Leadership & Team Development - Inspire, mentor, and empower a team to achieve their full potential while fostering a culture of integrity and excellence.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts with a strong financial acumen
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and independent mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A track record of successfully leading or mentoring a team
