Role overview

We're looking for a bright, curious, and motivated Quant Developer who's eager to work at the intersection of software development, quantitative trading, and DevOps.

What You'll Do

• Support the development and deployment of quant research tools, data pipelines, and trading systems.
• Write clean, efficient code in Python for internal libraries and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with quants, data engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration and CI/CD of quant models.
• Assist in maintaining and monitoring infrastructure, compute clusters, and research environments.
• Automate common workflows and help optimize resource usage for large-scale backtesting.
• Debug and resolve issues in development and production environments.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (or currently finishing one) in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or related field.
• Some experience with software development (internships, personal projects, or coursework).
• Basic familiarity with DevOps concepts: CI/CD pipelines, containers (Docker), or Linux-based systems.
• A keen interest in quantitative finance, data science, or trading systems.
• Eagerness to learn, high attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Experience using Kubernetes or other orchestration tools.
• Prior coursework or experience in financial modeling, statistics, or machine learning.
• Familiarity with time-series databases, messaging systems, or workflow tools.
