E-commerce Managers are responsible for overseeing the online sales and marketing of a company. They develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve the customer experience, utilizing a range of tools and software to manage e-commerce platforms and analyze data.

REQUIREMENTS
• Strong expertise in paid media mainly in Facebook and Tiktok.
• Strong experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus preferred), and performance marketing tools.
• Proven 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing within the retail sector.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
• Experienced with Canva & Capcut.
• A strong leader and team player who can lead a large team and handle objective feedback.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
• Can easily multi-task and work independently with timeline driven and minimum supervision.
• Self-motivated individual with a passion for driving results and continuous improvement.

E-commerce Strategy and Planning
- Developing the e-commerce strategy: Jon would contribute to setting the overall goals and direction for online sales, aligning with the company's broader business objectives.
- Market research and analysis: Keeping an eye on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Setting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): Defining measurable targets for sales, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, etc., and tracking progress.
Website Management and User Experience (UX)
- Overseeing the functionality, design, content, and performance of the e-commerce website.
- Ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
- Managing website updates, content changes, and technical integrations (often in collaboration with IT or external vendors).
- Implementing and optimizing website navigation, search functionality, and product presentation.
- Ensuring mobile responsiveness and accessibility of the website.
- Monitoring website analytics to identify areas for improvement in UX and conversion rates.
- Implementing A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
Online Sales and Conversion Optimization
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales and increase conversion rates.
- Managing online promotions, discounts, and merchandising efforts.
- Optimizing the checkout process to reduce cart abandonment.
- Implementing and managing product recommendations and upselling/cross-selling strategies.
- Analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities to improve sales performance.
Digital Marketing
- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the e-commerce website. This can include SEO, SEM/PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, affiliate marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Managing digital marketing budgets and campaigns.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital marketing channels and optimizing campaigns for ROI.
- Collaborating with marketing teams or agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Service
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the online customer experience and build customer loyalty.
- Overseeing online customer service operations, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing online reviews.
- Utilizing CRM systems to track customer interactions and personalize the online experience.
- Implementing strategies for customer retention and repeat purchases.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Monitoring and analyzing key e-commerce metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and churn rate.
- Generating regular reports on e-commerce performance for management and stakeholders.
- Identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for growth based on data analysis.
- Using data to inform decision-making across all areas of e-commerce management.
Technology and Platform Management
- Selecting and managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and related technologies.
- Working with IT teams or vendors for platform integrations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Staying updated on new e-commerce technologies and features.
- Ensuring the security and stability of the e-commerce platform.
