What you'll be doing

• Gain in-depth knowledge of products and applications through classes, seminars, and hands-on learning
• Provide technical consultation and support to customers across diverse industries
• Recommend and promote appropriate products and solutions based on customer needs
• Consistently secure new customers and expand market share in assigned territory
• Travel to client sites to conduct in-person consultations and product demonstrations
• Develop and execute sales strategies for your assigned territory
• Support new product launches and integrate them into customer solutions
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and deliver exceptional service
• Coordinate and participate in off-site seminars, demos, and trade shows
• Work independently with minimal supervision, managing daily tasks and schedules
• Adhere to company policies and contribute to team goals
• Take on additional duties and special projects as assigned

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Science/ Business or related studies
• Interest in working in manufacturing environments and understanding customer needs
• Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Ability to listen and pro-actively respond to customer questions and requests
