Job Description:

• Lead a team of tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate corporate and individual tax compliance, as well as other statutory tax-related filings.
• Develop strategic tax solutions and provide comprehensive tax compliance and advisory services to clients across various industries.
• Oversee and manage tax controversies, including responding to inquiries from tax authorities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in and lead domestic and international tax consulting projects, ensuring successful implementation and resolution of all tax-related matters.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to junior tax professionals to enhance their technical expertise and professional growth.
• Support the firm in ad-hoc projects and other tax-related initiatives as required by senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Business, or a related field; ACCA qualification preferred
• About 12 years or more experience in corporate and individual tax advisory and compliance, preferably with an international accounting firm
• Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax) with the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, and analytical skills, with a track record of successfully leading teams and delivering results.
