Job Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research to support the team in various legal matters.
• Manage legal files, ensuring they are properly organized, updated, and accessible.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, licensing considtions and company policies.
• Procedures for secure handling of patient data and repond to breaches or complaints
• Maintain records of all approvals, licenses and certifications document.
• Assist with corporate governance matters and compliance audits.
• Act as liaison with regulatory bodies on matters related to compliance, audits or investigations.

Job Requirements

• A legal or public health qualification (e.g., Legal Studies/Health Sciences/ Public Health Degree or Diploma) or equivalent work experience.
• 1 to 2 years' relevant administrative experience (legal / corporate / medical fields are preferred but not mandatory)
• Certification in Compliance, Healthcare Law, or Data Protection is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and documents.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
• A positive attitude, adaptable to changes and open and wiling to learn
• A proactive attitude to take initiative on matters and has a sense of responsibility for the work given
