SUMMARY OF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage the hospital's catering operations to achieve financial KPIs and exceed operational performance targets.
• Uphold company standards and drive excellence in food service quality, hygiene practices, workplace safety, and efficiency.
• Implement an internal monitoring system to optimize cost efficiency, minimize food wastage, and maximize resource utilization.
• Maintain highest standards in inpatient food and beverage services, delivering quality, consistency, and patient satisfaction.
• Build strong rapport and cultivate long-term partnerships with hospital clients to ensure sustained collaboration and satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and ongoing performance monitoring to Service Ambassadors, fostering a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Studies, Food Science/Nutrition will be preferred.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of work experience in Healthcare Catering Operations with proven track record in supervisory level and people development.
• Good business acumen with strong passion for food & beverage.
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Possess strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
